Before you apply, it helps to know what’s included and what may be added separately. Each apartment at The Flats at Blaire Lake includes one parking space, and covered parking may be available for an additional cost.
The internet is available in every apartment, though it isn’t included with monthly rent. Trash is also billed separately. For current availability, fees, and lease information, contact our leasing team before starting your application.
Your pet can be part of life at The Flats at Blaire Lake, too. With a dog park, dog wash station, and walking areas throughout the community, you’ll have convenient spaces that make pet care easier.
You can have up to two pets, and each pet must be 100 pounds or less. Pet screening, deposits, monthly pet fees, and restrictions apply. Contact our leasing team for full details of the pet policy before you apply.
