What features are included in the apartments?
Each apartment is built with features that make everyday living more comfortable, including open layouts, quartz countertops, 42-inch upper cabinets, nine-foot ceilings, GE appliances, a refrigerator and dishwasher, a washer and dryer, walk-in closets, pantry storage, and a patio or balcony.
You’ll have access to community amenities designed for work, relaxation, fitness, family time, and convenience.
Amenities include a swimming pool, grill and patio area, fitness center, business center and conference room, parcel locker system, pickleball court, playground, walking trails, fishing pier, dog park, and dog wash station.
Yes. The Flats at Blaire Lake are pet-friendly. You can have up to two pets, and pets must be 100 pounds or less. Pet screening, deposits, monthly pet fees, and restrictions apply, so contact our leasing team for the most up-to-date pet policy details.
Yes. Each apartment includes one parking space. Covered parking is also available for an additional cost. Ask our leasing team about current availability and pricing when you tour or apply.
Internet is not included in the monthly rent, but it is available in all apartments. Trash is also an additional monthly charge. For the most accurate list of current fees, contact our leasing team before applying.
Yes. Elevator access is available in Buildings 2 and 3. If elevator access is important to you, our leasing team can help you find out which available apartments are located in those buildings.
